The production management concerned with:
☑️how many quantities of each product group that must be
produced in each period. For example 100 units.
☑️already have the desired inventory levels
☑️the resources of equipment, labor and material needed in
each period whether enough or not
☑️the availability of the resources needed. So what action to
do if not enough. For example, provide more time or buying new machine
